Roles & Responsibilities:
- Serve as a lead Business Development manager in helping to drive new customer acquisition process. Focus on east coast and grow country wide progressively.
- Should have orientation to build value-based relationships with customers and tactically manage the deliveries to build trust with time and grow fast there upon.
- Own the CAP (customer acquisition process) that starts with pre-sales demo to POCs to all the way to engagement.

- Build Predictive modeling ecosystems for real-time consumption
- Design and develop advanced Machine Learning algorithms to rapidly build analytics apps and operationalize them into production

Responsibilities:
- Design, Develop and Implement Big data engineering projects in Hadoop ecosystem.
- Engineer solutions with Cloudera, MapR or HDP for both batch & streaming data with high quality and with a sense of urgency.
- Develop application and custom integration solutions using spark streaming and Hive.
- Understand specifications, plan, design and develop software solutions, adhering to process – either individually or collectively within a project team
- Work in state-of-the art programming languages and utilize object-oriented approaches in designing, coding, testing and debugging programs.
- Work with support teams in resolving operational & performance issues
- Selecting and integrating any Big Data tools and frameworks required to provide requested capabilities
- Integrate data from multiple data sources, Implementing ETL process using APACHE NIFI
- Monitoring performance and advising any necessary infrastructure changes
- Management of Hadoop cluster, with all included services such as Hive, HBase, mapReduce and Sqoop

Responsibilities:
- Business Intelligence Developer is responsible for the design and development of BI and reporting solutions for complex analysis.
- Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures and develop ETL procedures to extract and load data
- Create dashboards, reports and Visual Analytics applications using Tableau, Spotfire, Qlikview, SAS or other advanced BI tools
- Create dashboards from scratch and aim to thrill stakeholders with visually pleasing charts and graphs
- Gather business requirements, conduct analysis, design and develop solutions meeting the business needs
- Produce project documents including Solution Definition and detailed Technical Design Documents
- Provide Technical leadership in executing projects and working effectively with stakeholders
- Collaborate with the Data Integration teams in developing data models to suit BI solutions
- Provide subject matter expertise in developing reports and dashboards
- Create visual prototypes and do presentations
- Willingness to work together with development team and assist in troubleshooting, debugging
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems or related engineering disciplines
Requirement:
- Experience in all aspects of data warehousing including data architecture, analysis and design, ETL and Business Intelligence plus the ability to bridge the gap between end-users, technical professionals
- Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing at a professional level and to distill complex technical data to all levels of management with conciseness, clarity, and accuracy.
- Required experience: 3+ years of SQL and related Business Intelligence development experience
- Preferred: Spotfire, Tableau with Sqlserver or Oracle Database
- Experience working on multiple projects in Spotfire, Tableau and SQL
